Montgomery County approved NEC 2008 Electrical Code</strong><br /><div align="justify">On January 12, 2010 the Mongomery County Maryland County Council approved Executive Regulation 15-09 adopting the 2008 National Electric Code, NEC with local amendments. The Building Development department will be allowing a 60 day grace period to allow customers time to comply with the new regulations.
